Every year our judge awards the Biggest Crash and the Crowd Pleaser at the King of Kite Kitesurfing Championship. The riders that made the crowd go OOOOOO and AAAAAGGGGH!

THE NEWWWWWW Crowned King of kitesurfing in Cyprus for 2026 is Celal Sekmen. This dude is an island favourite - and finally put on the performance we have all been waiting for! And what a show it was! Proving his abilities in Freestyle as well as his infamous Big Air riding awarded him his well deserved crown
