Our athlete, Nikolas Syriopoulos, wrapped up his training with us today; he will continue preparing in Greece with his coach there until the 17th, when he will compete for the first time!
Despite working two jobs, he managed to complete double training sessions and didn't miss a single one!
We certainly put in a lot of work during the time we had—though we didn't quite reach our ultimate goal yet, he still has two weeks to train with his coach in Greece. We wish our athlete the best of luck! 🐈‍⬛🥊👑

Nikolas Syriopoulos is a young man who started boxing with us four years ago; we trained together for a year, but he stopped just as he was ready to compete. Then he had to complete his military service, and after his discharge, he left for Greece last year to pursue his studies, where he began boxing again—initially just to stay in shape.
Eventually, however, he moved beyond casual training to a daily routine; his coach there recognized the solid foundation he already possessed and suggested he compete.
Nikolas decided to go for it—seizing the opportunity he had left behind in Cyprus—and is set to compete in Greece on October 17th! Since the beginning of the summer, our athlete has been in Cyprus, training intensively with two sessions a day to ensure he is properly prepared for his first bout.
Nikolas is the brother of another of our athletes, Loukas Syriopoulos, who is currently serving in the elite Commando units!
We are currently midway through the preparation phase; while our athlete isn't 100% ready yet, we still have some time left to work.

We are family!
