AND that is my inspiring book DESIGN YOUR WINS EVERYDAY, which is my very first book as a Coach and for many more amazing things to come.

You have a plan for your business growth.

But what about your own growth as a business owner?

You think about revenue, clients, new opportunities, and what needs to happen next.

You invest in your business.
You improve your services.
You look for ways to grow.

But how much attention do you give to the person making all those decisions?

Your ability to make difficult decisions.
Your confidence in your direction.
Your boundaries with clients.
Your willingness to let go of things that no longer serve the business.

These things matter, too.

Because growing a business isn't only about what you do differently in the business.

Sometimes, it's about what you need to change in the way you lead it.

So here's a question worth reflecting on:

Your business has goals.

Make sure you do, too.

4 hours of exams, and a milestone years in the making.

I passed my ICF PCC exam!

The Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation represents demonstrated coaching experience, coaching knowledge and skills, and a commitment to professional standards.

Behind this achievement are 800+ hours of coaching, working with founders, business owners, leaders and professionals from different backgrounds, cultures and business environments.

And beyond the hours, there has been so much learning, practice, reflection and growth along the way.

Iโ€™m proud of this milestone and grateful for everything the journey has taught me.

Because sometimes, a win is not just about reaching a destination. Itโ€™s about recognising how far youโ€™ve come.

One more win, and another step forward.

Saturday at Women in Business & Beyond, we put the power of wins into practice.

And the energy in the room was incredible.

So much interaction, honest reflections, and people willing to challenge the way they usually look at their progress.

This is what I love about delivering workshops. Not simply sharing ideas, but seeing people engage with them and make them their own.

Because we spend so much time focusing on what comes next.

The next goal.
The next challenge.
The next milestone.

And in doing so, we can overlook how far we have already come.

Recognising your wins is not about pretending everything is perfect or that there is nothing left to achieve.

It is about acknowledging your progress, building confidence from your own experience, and recognising that the small steps you take today matter.

This is how small actions start building momentum.

Thank you to everyone who joined my workshop, The Power of Wins: A Practice for Confidence, Resilience and Momentum, and made it such an interactive experience.

Now, I want to leave you with a question:

Take a moment to think about it, and share your answer in the comments. Your win might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.

You don't eat a whole cake in one bite.

You start with a spoon.

Then maybe a slice.

Then another.

And eventually, the cake is gone.

I use this metaphor a lot in my training and coaching sessions because business goals can feel exactly the same.

You want to grow your business.

You want more clients.

You want to increase your revenue.

You want to build a team.

You want to launch something new.

And when you look at the whole thing, it can feel overwhelming.

So instead of asking:

โ€œHow am I going to achieve all of this?โ€

Ask:

โ€œWhat is the first piece I can work on?โ€

Maybe it's one conversation.

One decision.

One task.

One change.

One small win.

You don't need to finish the whole journey today.

You need to know what your next bite looks like.

And once you take it, you can decide what comes next.

That's how big goals become manageable.

That's also why I believe in Daily Wins.

One win becomes another.
One action becomes a routine.
And over time, those small actions start creating real movement.

Monday morning.

You need to answer emails.
Reply to messages.
Solve fires.
Organise what needs to be done.
Prioritise.

And at a certain point, you realise youโ€™re missing something.

Because when everything feels important, it becomes very difficult to know what actually deserves your attention.

You move from one thing to another.

Youโ€™re busy all day.

But by the end of it, you can still feel like you havenโ€™t really moved anything forward.

I hear this a lot in my coaching sessions.

Founders who are not lacking motivation.

They are not lacking ideas.

They are overwhelmed by everything competing for their attention.

And this is something we can work through in coaching.

We can step back from the noise, look at what is actually happening, and work out what needs your attention, what can wait, and what may need to change.

Sometimes the answer isnโ€™t another productivity tool.

Itโ€™s stopping for a moment and asking:

Not everything.

Not what is shouting the loudest.

What matters most?

Because clarity doesnโ€™t mean having everything figured out.

Sometimes, clarity is simply knowing what comes first.

Friday morning after a public holiday.

And Iโ€™m still a little confused about what day it actually is.

But Iโ€™m up, doing my routines, and this morning Iโ€™m starting a new programme for myself.

In two weeks, Iโ€™ll be taking my PCC exam.

And this morning, I found myself reflecting on the flow of my life.

When you become really clear about what you want, something changes.

You still have to do the work.

You still have to take action.

You still have difficult days.

But the action starts to feel more natural.

Youโ€™re not constantly questioning:

โ€œIs this what I should be doing?โ€

You know.

And when you know, you move.

I hear this a lot in my sessions.

People who are working hard, taking action and doing everything they think they should be doing, but something still feels unsettled.

They question the decision.

They second-guess themselves.

They keep pushing, thinking that if it feels hard, they must be doing something wrong.

But hard doesnโ€™t always mean right.

And natural doesnโ€™t mean easy.

Sometimes, when you have clarity, the action simply flows differently.

You still have challenges.

You still have to put in the work.

But youโ€™re not fighting yourself at every step.

So if youโ€™re working hard, but something constantly feels unsettled, maybe pause and ask yourself:

Because clarity can change the way action feels.

September seems to be the bigger month of the year.

Everything starts again.

Work.
Plans.
Goals.
Meetings.
Projects.

And lately, Iโ€™ve been hearing a lot of frustration in my sessions and in conversations.

โ€œI need to be more confident.โ€
โ€œI donโ€™t have enough time.โ€
โ€œIโ€™m overwhelmed.โ€

So I thought Iโ€™d give you a simple tool I use in coaching.

Turn the barrier into a question.

Instead of:

โ€œI need to be more confident.โ€

Ask:

โ€œHow can I be more confident tomorrow?โ€

Instead of:

โ€œI donโ€™t have enough time.โ€

Ask:

โ€œWhat is taking my time that doesnโ€™t need to?โ€

Instead of:

โ€œIโ€™m overwhelmed.โ€

Ask:

โ€œWhat can I remove, postpone or delegate?โ€

And I see this a lot with founders.

The barrier is real.

But the way we frame it can either keep us stuck or help us move.

A statement tells us what the problem is.

A good question can help us see what we can do about it.

So the next time you catch yourself saying:

โ€œI need toโ€ฆโ€

Pause.

And ask:

โ€œWhat can I do about this tomorrow?โ€

One question.
One action.
One win.

Sometimes, you donโ€™t need a better answer.

You need a better question.

Have you ever focused on one specific goal for a specific period of time?

Not five goals.
Not a long list of things you want to improve.

Just one goal.

As entrepreneurs, we usually have plenty of things we want to achieve.

Grow the business.
Get more clients.
Increase revenue.
Launch something new.
Improve our systems.
Build our visibility.

And they can all be important.

But when everything is a priority, it becomes much harder to give anything your full attention.

What if, instead, you chose one goal for the next 30 days?

Something specific.
Something measurable.
Something that matters right now.

Then ask yourself:

What would I need to do consistently to move this forward?

What can wait?

What do I need to say no to for now?

And what would progress look like by the end of those 30 days?

You can have many goals for your business.

But you don't have to work on all of them at the same time.

Sometimes, giving one goal your full attention for a defined period is what creates the momentum youโ€™ve been looking for.

One goal.
One focus.
One season.
