Our beach volleyball lessons for kids 7–10 years old are all about learning the fundamentals, staying active and discovering how much fun volleyball can be. 🏖️

Through age-appropriate exercises and games, kids develop:
✨ Coordination & movement
🏐 Basic volleyball skills
💪 Confidence & teamwork
😊 And most importantly — enjoy being active and having fun!

No previous volleyball experience is needed. We’ll teach them step by step in a positive and supportive environment.

Summer season may be over, but training definitely isn’t. 💪🏐
As we moved into our off-season schedule, most sessions for our regular Intermediate & Advanced players take place on weekday mornings, while our other groups continue mainly on weekends — just as we usually do during the cooler months. We also continue lessons for our youngest players (7-10 yo)!

Whether you’re already part of our community or thinking about joining us for the first time, there’s still plenty of volleyball happening on the sand. ☀️

A few things to keep in mind:
✔️ The schedule is confirmed weekly
✔️ Sessions may change depending on weather conditions
✔️ Some sessions may also be adjusted around indoor league matches
✔️ New players are welcome — we’ll help you find the right group for your level

This program is designed for young athletes (12–16 years) who already have volleyball experience and want to continue developing their skills during the off-season.

Beach volleyball is one of the best ways to improve your overall game. Training on sand challenges your body in new ways, helping you become a stronger, faster, and more complete player for the indoor season.

During the program, we'll focus on:
✔️ Individual technical development
✔️ Ball control & precision
✔️ Movement and footwork on sand
✔️ Coordination, agility & balance
✔️ All-round volleyball skills
✔️ Game understanding and confidence
