🔺This is my last heavy workout set of leg press. After this set, i had done a back off set, less weight for 20 repetitions.
-
➡️ Muscles doesn't understand, how many repetitions you want to do. So you need to go maximum weight for maximum repetitions.

3) Squats SS with kettlebell press x10

4) Alternative lunges with dumbell side raises x5 each

5) TRX row wide/close
X 10 each angle

6) Battle Rope 20
20 sec
