In collaboration with Cyprus Civil Defence and a central coordination center, first aid teams made up of specialized volunteers supervised by certified permanent staff were deployed across the course to provide immediate assistance when needed.

This joint effort reinforced preparedness across all levels of the event.

Supporting this effort was Πρώτες Βοήθειες Διάσωση Ζωής, one of the volunteer first aid organisations, whose trained members were positioned along the course to provide immediate assistance wherever needed.

Through this coordinated effort, every measure was taken to support the safe participation of runners and the wellbeing of all those attending the marathon weekend.
