Spicing things up at our Hub 😎
The Dance Hub introduces a limited class of Gyrokinesis method, taught by the international dancer and Gyrokinesis trainer, Louiza Avraam.
Gyrokinesis is a movement method addressing the entire body by strengthening its centre, creating a stable and free moving spine, removing blockages and stimulating the nervous system.
Through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences, this original and unique method coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
It helps to enhance ''stress-release'' and regeneration, as well to prevent injuries by balancing the body posture.
⚠️ Book your spot early because of place limitations.

I know you, I’ve met you, I’ve worked out with you, and I am really proud of you.
