We would love to invite you to our open day happening on 25th of September.
You are welcome to stay with us the whole day, or drop in and out as you please. You will have the chance to meet all the teachers, try different classes and socialise with other students. Ask us questions about yoga, the body and mind.
The day will start at 8.45am at the beach for an everyday morning stretch routine and finish with a restorative class at 4:30pm. In between you can try office yoga, vinyasa flow, power and prenatal yoga, beginners yoga and enjoy a special meditation in the park.

RE-Treat Weekend 06-08 November,
Slow down for a couple of days; a change is as good as a rest they say; perhaps you would like to pamper yourself with a massage or hop in the whirlpool bath, take a walk in the forest surrounding the retreat centre. Oh nearly forgot there will also be yoga and mindful practices on offer, whatever takes your fancy. and yes all the rooms at the Centre have this amazing view!

We are being told that "Social distancing" is of utmost importance at the moment, however we feel that using the term "Spatial distancing" is more appropriate. Let's work together to keep our communities feeling connected in other ways!
It is now clear that decreasing our physical interactions and contact is necessary to slow the spread of covid-19, but we can use this opportunity to nourish connecting with ourselves and reach out to friends online who live in other parts of the world.
