9 years, man… 9 years of Kinetic. ❤️
Feeling a little emotional today.
I was 28 when I started this.
Today I’m 37.
And somewhere between those two ages, Kinetic became so much more than a gym.
It became a huge part of my life.
And, somehow, a part of so many other people’s lives too.
9 years of changes. Renovations. Ideas. Mistakes. Good decisions. Bad decisions. Difficult moments. Incredible moments.
But most importantly… people.
Thousands of conversations.
Friendships.
Laughs.
Coffee.
Parties.
Dives.
Holidays.
Memories I’ll carry with me forever.
And yes… approximately 9 years of complaints 😂
“I’m not doing that.”
“Why are we doing this?”
“Again??”
“Not burpees!” 😂
But that’s Kinetic.
Because it was never just about training.
It was always about the people.
The friendships.
The laughs.
The little moments between sets.
The people who walked in as strangers and left as friends.
The people who stayed.
The people who moved on.
The people who came back.
And that feeling that when you walk through those doors… you belong somewhere.
That was always the dream.
And somehow, after 9 years, I think we built it.
Kinetic became something. ❤️
Something I’m incredibly proud of.
Something I’m incredibly grateful for.
Something that is so much bigger than what I imagined when I was 28.
So today, more than anything, I just want to say thank you.
To every person who has ever walked through these doors.
You’ve all been part of the story.
9 years of training.
9 years of friendships.
9 years of memories.
9 years of Kinetic. ❤️
From a 28-year-old with an idea… to a 37-year-old standing here, looking at everything we’ve built.
What a fu***ng journey.
Happy 9th Birthday, Kinetic. 🎂
9 years down.
And honestly… I feel like we’re just getting started. ❤️
