Twist on a classic 🥃🥃

1) First of all put in a jar: 250ml scotch, 250gr red cabbage, 25gr tomato in pieces, 1 sh*take mushroom and 1 lemon zest
2) Infuse all of them for at least 3-4h, strain and then collect the liquid and keep it in a room temperature.
3) Time to make our twist on a classic scotch and soda: Take a Collins glass pour 50ml of our infused scotch and top up with soda water 😁👌

Your scotch and soda is ready to 🥃🥃

Twist on a classic 🍸🍸

1) First of all mix and muddle: 5g grinded carrot 🥕, 5g ginger, 0.5g coriander leaves, 0.5g dill leaves, 2 lemon peels and 5g pickled cucumber 😜 and 150ml of any dry vermouth.
2) Infuse all of them for at least 3-4h, strain and then collect the liquid (Infuse Vermouth) and keep it in the fridge.
3) Time to make our twist on a classic martini: in a mixing glass add 45ml of Gordon's gin and 30ml of our Infused Vermouth, stir it with ice cubes till is chilled!!
4) Pour in a glass and garnish with lemon 🍋 zest..

Your martini is ready to drink it, enjoy 🍸🍸
