In this 60-minute session, Anastasia will share how short, everyday noticing practices can steadily transform your relationship with stress, uncertainty, and even joy. MEET THE TEACHERS!

Dorina has been involved in fitness and wellness ever since she was a teenager. She was first introduced to Yoga in 1986, at the age of 16, but started practising yoga more seriously in 2008 and has gradually increased the frequency and intensity of her practice. Dorina completed her YogaWorks 200-hour Teacher Training with Anna Zorzou in July 2016 and her YogaWise Yin Yoga Teacher Training with David Kim in December 2017. She also regularly takes part in workshops whenever possible to increase her knowledge of the physical, therapeutic and philosophical aspects of yoga.

She is humbled and grateful for the opportunity she has been given to serve as a yoga teacher and hopes to help others treasure yoga as much as she does.

Emma starts her next 5-week baby massage course on Thursday, the 11th of September. It is designed for parents and caregivers of babies aged 6 weeks to 4 months. Led by Emma Michael, an experienced shiatsu therapist, yoga teacher, and certified baby massage instructor, the course provides a calm and supportive space to learn the art of baby massage, while deepening your connection with your little one. Each session focuses on key aspects of your baby’s growth, combining gentle movements, sensory stimulation, and mindful practices to nurture their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.

MEET THE TEACHERS!

Emma Michael is a yoga teacher and Shiatsu therapist, with a background in psychology, counselling and psychotherapy. Over the past decade, she has specialised in body-mind approaches to stress, burnout, and trauma, and supporting women through the perinatal period—offering both certified pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes and perinatal-focused shiatsu bodywork. With over 25 years of experience, she integrates a broad foundation in holistic practices, including advanced shiatsu training at the British School of Shiatsu in London, further studies in Japan and the UK, and her most recent training in yoga therapy with the world leading Minded Institute. Since relocating from the UK to Cyprus in 2013, she has worked full-time with individuals seeking compassionate, body-mind support, helping clients navigate life transitions, manage stress and trauma, and reconnect with themselves through therapeutic yoga, touch, and breath-based practices.

Whether you're new to yoga, looking for a more deliberate practice, or seeking to balance body and mind, my Hatha yoga provides a nurturing and versatile experience. classes include:

Slower-Paced Practice: Hatha yoga focuses on individual poses (asanas) rather than a fast-paced flow, allowing you to hold postures longer and refine alignment. This makes it an accessible entry point for beginners.

Balanced Sessions: Each class typically includes a combination of physical poses, breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and relaxation to bring balance to the body and mind.

Emphasis on Foundation: Expect clear guidance on the fundamentals of yoga, focusing on proper alignment, controlled breathing, and mindful awareness.

Moderate Physical Intensity: Hatha yoga offers a moderate physical challenge—building strength, flexibility, and balance over time.

Mindful Approach: Classes often include time to explore the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga, creating a holistic experience
