Για την σως:
•1 κουταλιά dark soy sauce (10ml)
•1 κουταλιά μουστάρδα (15g)
•2 κουταλιές 𝐵𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑐 𝑠𝑎𝑢𝑐𝑒 𝑆𝑙𝑖𝑚𝐹𝑜𝑜𝑑𝑠
•1 κουταλιά 𝑀𝑎𝑝𝑙𝑒 𝑠𝑦𝑟𝑢𝑝 𝑠𝑎𝑢𝑐𝑒 𝑆𝑙𝑖𝑚𝐹𝑜𝑜𝑑𝑠
•Θυμάρι
•Δεντρολίβανο
•Μπούκοβο

•400γρ. νηστίσιμο κιμά σόγιας
•50ml νερό

🫡Εκτέλεση:
1. Σε ένα μπολ πρόσθεσε όλα τα υλικά για τη σως και ανακάτεψε.
2. Σε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι πρόσθεσε τον κιμά σόγιας με 50ml νερό και ανακάτεψε.
3. Όταν πάρει βράση, πρόσθεσε την σως και ανακάτεψε. Αν θέλεις πρόσθεσε περισσότερο 𝐵𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑐 𝑠𝑎𝑢𝑐𝑒 𝑆𝑙𝑖𝑚𝐹𝑜𝑜𝑑𝑠 .
4. Ο κιμάς σόγιας δεν χρειάζεται μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα για να ψηθεί (περίπου 10-15 λεπτά).

🌟🌮𝑉𝑒𝑔𝑎𝑛 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑡𝑎𝑐𝑜𝑠: πρόσθεσε τον κιμά σόγιας σε tacos με γιαούρτι κανονικό ή γιαούρτι σόγιας, αβοκάντο και ντομάτες ψιλοκομμένες.
