🥋 Aphrodite Kids Cup 2026

Last Saturday, seven young athletes from Palestra Jiu-Jitsu stepped onto the competition mats and proudly represented our team!

🏅 2 Gold Medals 🥇
🥈 4 Silver Medals
🥉 1 Bronze Medal

We are incredibly proud of all our young athletes for their effort, courage, and dedication. Every competition is an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better — both on and off the mats.

Congratulations to our athletes and a big thank you to their parents for their continuous support!

When the class takes on a new move, everyone gets a chance to learn, try and practice. Our coaches demonstrate the technique step by step and then it’s time for the students to get on the mats and put it into action. They watch, try, make adjustments, try again and keep going until it starts to click.

No pressure to get it perfect the first time. In Jiu-Jitsu, repetition is part of the journey. Every attempt helps build better technique, confidence, coordination and understanding.

It’s time for a short break from the mats!

Closed Dates:

This break gives our students and coaches the chance to recharge, recover and enjoy some well-earned time away before coming back stronger, refreshed and ready for more training.
