We know exactly what you are thinking and we have herd it many times..”I’m not fit enough”. We are not just a competitive gym, far from it to be honest. Yes we have some competitive members and we love that side of our gym.

But we also love to see new members that have never been to the gym progress and see the confidence grow, not only in the gym but throughout.
