In 2013 Nikki expanded her fitness training with the world known Merrithew Health & Fitness- STOTT PILATES® method and is a trained and certified STOTT PILATES® instructor specialising in Mat, Reformer, Total Barre and Injuries & Special Population specialist. https://www.merrithew.com/find-an-instructor


In 2014 Nikki completed her TRX Suspension Training. Teaching the STOTTS PILATES method, she was an instructor at various dance studios and gyms in Paphos, Cyprus. In July 2016 she decided to give up one of her passions; dance teaching to open her next passion; Pilates. Nikki opened her first home studio providing the following services, Pilates mat work, Pilates reformer, injuries & special needs, total barre and Halo Training. Due to the client demand, the PILATES room expanded its wings in 2018 to its new revamped and bigger premises, providing 3 studio; mat studio, reformer studio and our spin room. The first only pilates studio in town, providing more reformers, adding a spinning studio for our spinning enthusiasts which was another love of hers. Nikki continues her ongoing education in pilates and prides on learing and expanding her knowledge year after year to keep her mind fresh and ontop of the game. Nikki's passion and love what she does can only be talked by those who have attended any of her classes. She inspires, encourages, compliments, praises her students on their progress and often cries when she sees such great progress and achievements by the members. Everyone knows she does not know how to count, and this is the joke in every class. She speaks both English and Greek while she teaches and her members just don't understand how she transitions into both languages so quickly. This is Nikki, soft hearted but strong and firm.
