Such a beautiful Groove class, this morning in our new Groove space. To be able to dance on the grass, barefoot, is so freeing, and makes Grooving very special. Stunning view, nice breeze, sunshine, and my lovely Groovers, my friends. I will grow Groove in Cyprus 💃💃💃 # # #

Hey lovely Groovers. As our beautiful Groove spot has been taken back over, now Cynthiana Hotel is open again, we will be Grooving at the 'Lock your Love' fence, grass area, in Kissonerga. We will also start a little earlier, at 9 am. Hoping to see you there for a yummy dance, and relaxation experience. I will make it a light, and lovely Groove for you all. See you tomorrow. Remember to bring something to lay down on for Stillness, at the end, and a drink to stay hydrated. Wear confortable clothes and shoes too. 💃💜💃💜💃
