One of the steps to success is Waking Up Early.
At some point in my life I lost motivation and the essence of living. Waking up early and being productive was a huge challenge for me until one day everything changed. I pushed myself for the 1st step, waking up early for a month so I can make it a habit and the results were incredible.
The first week was the most challenging for me. I used to wake up early and had no motivation of doing anything, I just wanted to go back to 😴 but instead I would go for a walk by the beach and plan my day.
By the 2nd week as soon as I was opening my eyes I would go straight t for a walk or a run, no coffee no music, just me with myself clearing my thoughts and planning my day. I started manifesting my day and therefore my future and I started receiving the results of my new healthy habit soon after!
Waking up early is like finding and unlocking a treasure of godness, kickstarts a day filled with energy, focus and positivity.

Having some time to go through my old albums today was a bless!
After almost a year of dealing with many challenges and also learning huge lessons in life, I just realized today the power of will, discipline, consistency and self love comes with a enormous payoff!
I am grateful I passed through this phase to appreciate what I had, what I have and what I continue having!
Going through these pictures was a shocking awakening call for me to remind the unlimited inner beauty and power I used loved by and don’t take me wrong I still have it (on the way of gaining it back😉)
We are special creatures with a very important purpose in this earth, let’s don’t waste our best and only years in this planet.
We only live once here!
Always have a purpose of getting up in the morning, always have the will to create, to grow, to be productive and improve as humans.
Life is beautiful just as it is, with its ups and downs.
Positive mindset and gratefulness are the key for abundance.
Healthy balanced lifestyle is the key for prosperity.

Plant based banana pancakes
What a better way to start your day with these delicious, nutritious and light pancakes.
They are gluten and very healthy

Ingredients:
150grs of steel cut oats (grind them so they take the texture of flour)
150grs oat milk (or any other plant based milk)
1 medium size ripe banana
Pinch of salt
Pitch of nutmeg
A bit of cinnamon
3 drops of vanilla extract
1tbsp flaxseed (soak them into 3tbspns of warm water)
Coconut oil
Preparation
For serving:
Peanut Butter
Almond flakes
Raisins
Agave syrup or maple syrup or honey

Put the flaxseeds into the warm water and let them soak for 5min.
In a bowl mash a banana, add the grinded oats, the plant based milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and flaxseeds.
When the mixture looks consistent not too thick not too thin heat the pan adding a small amount of coconut oil.
Once is hot enough pour your mixture cover it and let it cook it in mid low fire after 4-6 mins flip you pancake and repeat the process.
You can top it up with your favorite toppings and enjoy your amazing breakfast meal!!
