I literally cant wait to see your faces at pole tonight! Our first re-opening night for my Thursday ladies. Yessssss!!!!!

This is how dancers do leg day 🤪 this has to be my favorite leggy shape! It shows up a lot when I’m dancing, poling, stretching and doing Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️

It has been tough some days when my body hasn’t wanted to play, but I’ve powered through and actually managed 2 poses a day most days. I’m going to miss doing them but will likely carry on doing my own 🤍🧘🏼‍♀️ 🌸
