Rackets For Sale

Hi everyone 👋

We currently have a selection of high-quality carbon-fibre badminton rackets available exclusively to club members at the excellent price of just €35 each.

They offer very good quality and are suitable for beginners and more advanced players alike.

If you do not yet have your own racket, or if you have been considering an upgrade, this is a great opportunity to purchase a quality carbon-fibre racket at a very affordable price.

If you are interested, please contact me by WhatsApp or speak to me at the hall. I also have a demonstration racket available if you would like to try it before buying.

Please note that the rackets are supplied without covers.

Green & Yellow Club Championship

This was held on Sunday 5th July. They were a great success and well attended. Many thanks to the players and organisers alike. Pictures of the Players, Winners, Runners-up and of general play are shown below. Well done to everyone.

More Success for EMBA Badminton Players

Harry and David recently played in a tournament at the Proodos Club in Nicosia. The standard was exceptionally high. Great performances for our two representatives. Harry came 1st in Men's Singles and Harry and David came 3rd in the Men's Doubles. Congratulations to both.

The EMBA Badminton Club Championships were held on Sunday 21st June. The event was a great success and enjoyed by all players and spectators. A big thank you to the organisers and those that assisted and umpired on the day. The winners and runners up are shown in the picture below. There are other pictures taken throughout the day.

5 of our junior players made the trip to Nicosia on Sunday the 7th June to represent Emba Badminton Club in the U13 Masters Tournament.
The players were Skyler, Andy, Bo, Matheos and Anatoliy. They all demonstrated excellent skills and played with impressive grit and determination in what was a very hot gymnasium.
Anatoliy reached the quarter finals and Matheos reached the semi-finals, coming 3rd in the tournament. All the players were exhausted by the end of the day.
We are very proud of their achievements.

The Family Fun Day was a great success. Pictures of all the players and winners are attached. Many thanks to Ivan for organising.
