Public Consultation on the Extension of the Port of Latchi

➡️The Cyprus Ports Authority announces the holding of a Public Consultation/Presentation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study (MEEP) for the extension project of the Port of Latchi.

➡️The project provides for the creation of a new harbor for 186 additional vessels, construction of breakers and the development of new land areas for future building facilities and services.
➡️The consultation provides the opportunity for citizens and local authorities to be informed about the results of the Study and to submit comments or observations, which will be evaluated in the final assessment of the project.

➡️Η Αρχή Λιμένων Κύπρου ανακοινώνει τη διεξαγωγή Δημόσιας Διαβούλευσης/Παρουσίασης της Μελέτης Εκτίμησης Επιπτώσεων στο Περιβάλλον (ΜΕΕΠ) για το έργο επέκτασης του Λιμανιού Λατσιού.

➡️Το έργο προβλέπει τη δημιουργία νέας λιμενολεκάνης για 186 επιπλέον σκάφη, κατασκευή κυματοθραυστών και ανάπτυξη νέων χερσαίων χώρων για μελλοντικές κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις και υπηρεσίες.
➡️Η διαβούλευση δίνει την ευκαιρία σε πολίτες και τοπικές αρχές να ενημερωθούν για τα αποτελέσματα της Μελέτης και να καταθέσουν σχόλια ή παρατηρήσεις, τα οποία θα συνεκτιμηθούν στην τελική αξιολόγηση του έργου.
