⚠️ BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED ENTRANCE TO PANELAKS ⚠️
Hello neighbors, I would like to hereby warn and at the same time ask for increased caution all those living in the vicinity of Pod Stadionem and Královéhradecká streets...
For a long time, an aggressive homeless person has been repeatedly settling in our apartment buildings (around several entrances after a while). Tries to ring people to let him in, or he waits around the corner and slides into the entrance when someone leaves. Consequently, he sleeps in the corridors, leaving behind a terrible mess, smell and bothers inhabitants.
The municipal police solve the situation and throw him out when called, but unfortunately, immediately after the patrol leaves, returns through another entrance.
Please, let's be consistent and protect our homes:
DO NOT OPEN remotely over the buzzer be**er to anyone you do not know. No excuses like "carrying flyers", "mail", "I'm going to see a neighbor." If you are waiting for someone, go downstairs to open for them in person.
When arriving and departing, WAIT until the front door is completely closed. Don't let strangers slip behind you. He is capable of bothering people shamelessly and ringing them at any time of the day, including late evenings and night hours.
If you see him in the entrance or hallway, call the Municipal Police immediately. You have to call every time to see that this locality is not peaceful.
If we all consistently lock the door under his nose, he'll try somewhere else. It's about the safety and cleanliness of all of us, so please let's think about it.
