Managing your stress level is one of the steps of self-care.
You can’t take care of yourself if there are so many worries around you. And even though stress is what everybody experiences every day, we need to learn how not to make it influence our life. Continuously experiencing stress can negatively impact your body and mind.
Identify whether your stress is external or internal. What are your triggers? Analyze! Maybe there is one particular person or task that makes you feel uncomfortable. When you understand what exactly stress you out, you will be able to disarm your enemy. There are many various techniques that you can use such as breathing exercises or meditation, decluttering your home, or affirmations.

You felt high like on drugs, smile was not disappearing from your face and all around been brighter and more colorful even on the rainiest day.
You felt invincible and ready to take on the world… you been in love and you felt loved.
All of a sudden it all stopped, disappeared and you found yourself sitting there alone, no more magic around, music in your ears, and those happy dreams turned into a long-gone mirage…

The fact is that it all can end in a space of minutes and there is no way back. So what are some things we can do to get back on track and cope with the loss of someone who mattered?

The most effective is to fall right back in love - with yourself! Understand that YOU are the one and only person who will be there for you for the rest of your life.

Begin with little steps of rebuilding yourself like:

💫 Wake up with your favorite music
💫 Do a workout
💫 Change from your sweat pants or pajamas- I know it’s difficult sometimes 😉
💫 Take a long bath or a shower, using peelings and body creams
💫 Pumper yourself with a great delicious meal- yes, I do encourage you to ditch that ice cream for a bowl of fruits
💫 Talk it over with friends- do not suppress your feelings, nor stay alone with them
💫 Cry- A lot! Tears are having a wonderful healing effect on our body, they help to relieve emotional pain
💫 Concentrate on all positive you have in life (job, friends, family, pets…)
💫 Set new goals on how to become a better version of yourself
💫 Go look in the mirror and tell something nice to yourself- you are loved and unique
💫 Look for proofs in your life from times when you got over your ex-partner and felt stronger and prouder of yourself like never before.
💫 Set a time limit till when you will grief - be strict in keeping it- because Your happiness depends only on YOU and YOUR MIND

Trust me it works!
And remember, it all will pass just to give way to something (someone) better, someone who truly deserves you and will love you the way you are.

Everyone is talking about self-love, but what does it really look like?
Self-love doesn’t always mean liking what you see in the mirror. According to Arianna Smith, LPC, EMDR, a psychotherapist in Denver, “Self-love is — at its core — the unshakable, uncompromising belief that we are worthy of love, respect, safety, and belonging, regardless of our thoughts, feelings, or actions”.
It is:
Removing yourself from the people who make you feel not good enough
Knowing your worth on the days when nobody else sees it.
Wanting to learn from yourself.
But don’t forget that there will be days when you don’t feel it. Then it is all about forgiving yourself and trying again.

Are you overwhelmed?
If you notice one of these signs, then you need to start working on yourself:
- Lack of concentration.
A sense of uncertainty appears all the time when you need to make decisions, which requires focus.
- Constant headaches and other discomforts for no physical reasons.
That’s the response of your overwhelmed brain that you need to slow down.
- Irritation.
Every little thing makes you go crazy. You are constantly expressing your negative to your colleagues, friends, and family.
- Readiness to quit.
You have the urge to just leave, quit something even if it is about people who care about you.

3 things to stop doing right now:
❌ Stop lying when someone asks if you are ok.
Stop hiding your emotions. If you continue keeping everything in, your emotions will make you explode at some point.
❌ Stop trying to heal people who don’t want to be helped.
You shouldn’t push anybody to anything as everybody needs to understand first that they want to change.
❌ Stop believing words without actions.
Words mean something only when they are implemented in actions afterwards. Remember: everybody can talk, but not everybody can act.

Relationships.

Life is a system of relationships that we have with everything that surrounds us. Things, products, weather, transport, people - everything is evoking one or another relationship that is only mirroring our relationship with ourselves.
We are attracting only what reflects our personal qualities or beliefs about relationships. What we do not like in a boss, a colleague, a friend, a lover, a spouse, a parent is a consequence of our actions or actions from which we once refrained or our beliefs. We wouldn't be able to attract these people and they wouldn't be next to us if our lifestyle somehow did not correspond to our attitude.

Relationship to ourselves has been formed accordingly to those relationships we had with our parents. As well as they depend to a large extent on how people reacted to us and our actions when we were children, both in a positive and negative sense.

Think about it:

- How do you scold yourself if you are not happy with something?
- Wasn't that how your parents scolded you?
- What did they say when they been approving your behavior?

I'm sure you are praising yourself the same way. If they did not praise you at all, then maybe you simply do not know how to do it, or perhaps you consider yourself not worthy of approval. I do not blame parents at all: we are all victims of those who themselves were victims. They could not teach us what they did not know themselves.

Sometimes it is not the lack of ability but the lack of confidence that prevents you from achieving what you want.

Change your attitude and you will change your life.
It’s all in your head. It’s your mindset that throws off your day. But the good news is that you have the opportunity to change your thinking. There are three simple tricks that can help you with this:
