Já budu stát vedle tebe, ukážu ti cestu, dostanu z tebe maximum a vždycky budu věřit, že to dokážeš.

Maybe you kinda owe it to yourself to live the life you keep dreaming about 🦋

What am I training for? 🔥

Not for a race. Not for a PR. Not because I hate my body.

But because I want to feel strong, confident and healthy. I want to be able to ride, run, surf, travel and keep doing the things I love for as long as I can.

I’m training for LIFE. ❤️‍🩹

Part-time athlete, full-time social life 💓

20h of movement, 315 km on the bike, 15K running, 4 gym sessions and 2 yoga classes 🫠🙌🏽

New PR for average speed: 27.8 km/h over 100 km, thanks to the girls pushing the pace 🚀

Oh, and Spider-Man was a blast! 🔥♥️

I promised myself I wouldn’t chase the numbers in July. So.. I failed. 🫠 But the numbers that matter aren’t on Strava.

They’re the hours spent with people I love. The smiles. The tears. The hugs. The sunsets. New places. New people. The quiet reminders to slow down and the loud ones to live fully. And, of course, the amount of buchtičky se šodó I managed to eat. 🫠

July reminded me once again that life is meant to be lived. ❤️‍🩹

MAY 🌸 my life be full of months like this one.✨

A month that reminded me how beautiful life can feel when you stop trying to control every part of it.

More sunsets. More saying yes. More people that feel like home. More moments that make you look around and think, “wow, this is my life.” 🥹

One big chapter is coming to an end, and I’m grateful for everything it gave me. But I’m not gonna lie, I’m excited about what’s next. 💓

So after almost five years, I’m coming back to personal training full-time. 🥹✨ Because while I loved the journey, a part of me always knew this is where I belong.

See you in the gym. 🤍
