Zlaty Lihovar is a new and exciting regeneration project that is set to transform the local landscape. Set within 2.5 hectares of the former spirits distillery “Zlichovsky Lihovar”, home of the popular “Zlaty Andel” (Golden Angel) vodka brand that was established in 1837, Zlaty Lihovar is set to become a stunning new landmark gateway to the city of Prague. Once complete, Zlaty Lihovar will offer approximately 500 residential apartments of varying sizes, including a number of exclusive penthouses with river views and private balconies and terraces as well as under-ground car-parking and a fitness centre. The development will also be home to several shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and landscaped gardens with historic buildings, which, together, will create a vibrant new and cosmopolitan urban quarter that offers a fantastic lifestyle whilst being just a short distance from central Prague.
