❗️Boxy: tabulku a řešení dám mnohem později, jsem ráda, že se vyřešili rychle náhradní registrace, boxy se tedy budu zabývat později
👉‼️ podmínka: 1x box = 2x auto v něm 🙏 tak abychom se tak nějak poskládali, 120 vozů na 42x box snad chápete že není v mých silách vymyslet… navíc v některých nám zůstanou už rovnou jezdci ze sobotní akce, kteří zároveň přijmu i k nám pokud splní podmínky, situace jako v dubnu stejná 🚘🙏 tak jich o to budu mít k dispozici méně.
I tak, neblokujte boxy na oba dva dny VY, co nevíte zda u nás pojedete, protože se třeba nevejdete! Není to fér k ostatním…

🇨🇿 Omlouváme se, ale zjistili jsme nyní, že momentálně se nelze registrovat přes webový formulář, je zřejmě výpadek serveru u poskytovatele služby, ze kterého chodí registrace, formulář ač je vyplněný se neodešle k nám do emailu.

Během zítřka budeme řešit s poskytovatelem služby. Funkčnost formuláře oznámíme včas. Ať se můžete přihlašovat :-) Děkuji za pochopení a vyčkání....

🇩🇪 Wir entschuldigen uns, aber wir haben gerade festgestellt, dass eine Registrierung über das Webformular momentan leider nicht möglich ist. Offenbar gibt es einen Serverausfall beim Dienstanbieter, über den die Registrierungen laufen. Obwohl das Formular vollständig ausgefüllt wird, wird es nicht an unsere E-Mail-Adresse übermittelt.

Im Laufe des morgigen Tages werden wir das Problem mit dem Dienstanbieter klären. Sobald das Formular wieder funktioniert, werden wir euch rechtzeitig informieren, damit ihr euch anmelden könnt. :-)

🇬🇧 ‼️ IMPORTANT INFO ‼️ 🇬🇧

👉 Before you register for the race on 11 October in Most, where we will already be racing our Grand Finale, and for which I will open registration today, please keep the following information in mind, take it into account and read it carefully 🙏

1️⃣ The capacity of groups A, A+, B, C and D is limited to a maximum of 30 cars per group. Unfortunately, we really cannot fit any more cars into each group…

2️⃣ The final race of the season, just like our other events, is always very well attended, and we sincerely thank you all for that 🙏

3️⃣ ❗️Priority for participation, garage allocation (which I will deal with later) and acceptance into the Grand Finale on 11 October will be given to drivers who meet the conditions stated in the regulations, meaning:

drivers who have participated in at least 3 or 4 of this season’s scheduled races.

These are the drivers who have been collecting championship points throughout the whole season and who now need to race for those important final points and their overall championship positions. These drivers will therefore have PRIORITY.

❗️So please make sure you register as soon as possible 🙏🏁

4️⃣ Of course, we will also try to accommodate all other drivers within the available capacity.

✍️ They MAY register provisionally, but for the time being they will be marked in the entry list on our website in 🟡 yellow as reserve drivers.

These drivers must then wait for my request to pay the entry fee. They will receive this request only once I know for certain that there is still space available in their group and that their place has been confirmed.

❗️Please DO NOT pay the entry fee before receiving confirmation from me!

We will see how quickly the individual groups fill up. As always, I am available and will communicate with you about how the situation is developing.

5️⃣ GARAGES:

I will deal with garage allocation later, also depending on which drivers are registered and actually accepted into our event.

I also need to coordinate everything with the event taking place directly before ours, just as we had to do in April.

Some drivers who are also accepted into the CarboniaCup may already be staying in the garages from the previous event.

However, this does not mean that if you have a garage reserved for the previous event, you will automatically keep the same garage for CarboniaCup.

Until you know that you have also been accepted into the CarboniaCup, you cannot block a garage for both days in advance.

❗️The following condition will also apply for CarboniaCup:

1 garage = 2 cars

It is simply not possible for me to fairly fit a total of 120 cars into the 42 garages in Most, especially when there will be around 30 formula cars alone.

The formula cars really cannot operate from the rear parking area near the tyre service because they are very low, difficult to manoeuvre and especially difficult to reverse. At the same time, I also need to find suitable space for all the other race cars 😔

🙏 Therefore, please be considerate of the other participants as well.

There are always 110 drivers or more at our events. Please make some room, communicate with each other about who can share a garage with whom, and for this one day we simply need to make it work together.

I always try to accommodate everyone as much as possible, but sometimes it is simply not possible. The facilities at the circuit are what they are.

In the area behind the garages, please keep only the most important equipment.

After unloading your race cars, trailers and transporters can for example be moved to the parking area below the Medical Centre, on the gravel area, where there is plenty of space.

Teams with large trucks otherwise have difficulty even getting into and parking in the already crowded area behind the garages.

I really do not want to reach the point – although unfortunately we are slowly heading in that direction – where I have to decide myself who gets a garage and who does not.

Please therefore always be prepared, not only for the race in Most, for the possibility of bringing your own tent, so that you can set up your team area outside the garages if necessary 🙏

🇩🇪 ‼️ WICHTIGE INFO ‼️ 🇩🇪

👉 Bevor ihr euch für das Rennen am 11.10. in Most registriert, bei dem wir bereits unser Grandfinale fahren und dessen Anmeldung ich heute freischalten werde, beachtet bitte Folgendes, rechnet damit und lest euch die nachstehenden Informationen aufmerksam durch 🙏

1️⃣ Die Kapazität der Gruppen A, A+, B, C und D ist auf maximal 30 Fahrzeuge pro Gruppe begrenzt. Mehr Fahrzeuge passen dort wirklich nicht hinein…

2️⃣ Das letzte Rennen der Saison ist, genauso wie unsere anderen Veranstaltungen, immer sehr gut besucht. Dafür möchten wir euch von Herzen danken 🙏

3️⃣ ❗️Vorrang bei der Teilnahme, bei der Vergabe der Boxen (darum werde ich mich allerdings erst später kümmern) und bei der Annahme zum Grandfinale am 11.10. haben Fahrer, die die Voraussetzungen laut Reglement erfüllen, also:

an mindestens 3 oder 4 der ausgeschriebenen Rennen dieser Saison teilgenommen haben.

Diesen Fahrern, die das ganze Jahr über Punkte für die Meisterschaft gesammelt haben und nun um die wichtigen letzten Punkte und ihre Platzierungen kämpfen, werde ich VORRANG geben.

❗️Beeilt euch daher bitte mit eurer Anmeldung 🙏🏁

4️⃣ Natürlich werden wir versuchen, auch alle anderen Teilnehmer im Rahmen der vorhandenen Kapazitäten unterzubringen.

✍️ Sie KÖNNEN sich vorläufig anmelden, werden jedoch zunächst in der Starterliste auf unserer Webseite 🟡 gelb als Ersatzfahrer markiert.

Diese Fahrer warten bitte zunächst auf meine Aufforderung zur Zahlung des Startgeldes. Diese erhalten sie erst in dem Moment, in dem ich sicher weiß, dass sie noch in die jeweilige Gruppe passen und ihr Startplatz bestätigt ist.

❗️Bitte überweist das Startgeld vorher wirklich NICHT!

Wir werden sehen, wie schnell sich die einzelnen Gruppen füllen. Ich bin wie immer für euch erreichbar und werde mit euch über die aktuelle Entwicklung der Situation kommunizieren.

5️⃣ BOXEN:

Die Boxen werde ich erst später einteilen, auch abhängig davon, welche Fahrer tatsächlich registriert und von uns angenommen wurden.

Zusätzlich muss ich mich mit der Veranstaltung abstimmen, die direkt vor uns stattfindet – genauso wie bereits im April.

Einige Fahrer, die anschließend auch bei uns im CarboniaCup angenommen werden, werden möglicherweise bereits aus der vorherigen Veranstaltung in den Boxen stehen.

Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass eine Box, die ihr für die vorherige Veranstaltung reserviert habt, automatisch auch für den CarboniaCup bestehen bleibt.

Solange ihr noch nicht wisst, ob ihr auch für den CarboniaCup angenommen seid, könnt ihr mir eine Box nicht vorzeitig für beide Veranstaltungstage blockieren.

❗️Auch beim CarboniaCup gilt deshalb folgende Bedingung:

1 Box = 2 Fahrzeuge

Es ist für mich nicht möglich, insgesamt 120 Fahrzeuge fair auf die 42 Boxen in Most aufzuteilen, wenn allein schon rund 30 Formel-Fahrzeuge dabei sein werden.

Die Formel-Fahrzeuge können wirklich nicht vom hinteren Parkplatz beim Reifenservice aus fahren. Sie sind sehr niedrig, schwer zu rangieren und insbesondere rückwärts nur schwierig zu bewegen. Gleichzeitig muss ich natürlich auch noch Platz für alle anderen Rennfahrzeuge finden 😔

🙏 Deshalb bitte ich euch, auch Rücksicht auf die anderen Teilnehmer zu nehmen.

Wir sind dort jedes Mal 110 Fahrer und mehr. Bitte rückt etwas zusammen, sprecht euch untereinander ab, wer mit wem eine Box teilt, und für diesen einen Tag müssen wir gemeinsam eine praktikable Lösung finden.

Ich versuche wirklich immer, allen so weit wie möglich entgegenzukommen, aber manchmal geht es einfach nicht anders. Die Gegebenheiten der Rennstrecke sind nun einmal so, wie sie sind.

Im Bereich direkt hinter den Boxen lasst bitte nur das stehen, was ihr unbedingt benötigt.

Anhänger und Autotransporter könnt ihr beispielsweise nach dem Abladen der Fahrzeuge auf dem Parkplatz unterhalb des Medical Centers auf der Schotterfläche abstellen. Dort ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden.

Teams mit großen LKW haben sonst später sogar Schwierigkeiten, überhaupt noch in den bereits voll belegten Bereich hinter den Boxen hineinzufahren und dort zu parken.

Ich möchte eigentlich nicht an den Punkt kommen – auch wenn wir uns diesem leider langsam nähern –, an dem ich selbst bestimmen muss, wer eine Box bekommt und wer nicht.

Bitte seid daher nicht nur beim Rennen in Most immer auch auf die Möglichkeit vorbereitet, ein eigenes Zelt mitzubringen, damit ihr euch euer Fahrerlager beziehungsweise euren Teamplatz gegebenenfalls auch außerhalb der Boxen einrichten könnt 🙏

🇨🇿 ‼️ DŮLEŽITÉ INFO ‼️🇨🇿

👉 Než se registrujete na závod 11.10. Most kdy jedeme již Grandfinále, a který spustím dnes - mějte na paměti, počítejte s tím a přečtete si následující informace 🙏

1️⃣ Kapacita skupin A,A+,B,C,D je stanovena max. na 30 aut na skupinu, víc vozů se opravdu tam nevejde…

2️⃣ Poslední závod je vždy jako i ostatní hojně naplněn za což Vám ze srdce moc děkujeme 🙏

3️⃣ ❗️Přednost účasti, obsazení boxů (které ale budu řešit později) a vzetí do závodu na Grandfinále 11.10. budou mít jezdci, kteří splňují podmínku vyplívající z propozic a to: min. účast na více jak 3-4 z vypsaných letošních závodů…těmto lidem co sbírají bodové hodnocení celý rok a potřebují si ject pro ty důležité poslední dám PŘEDNOST.
❗️Vy si tedy pospěště s registrací 🙏🏁

4️⃣ Ostatní se samozřejmě budeme snažit také do kapacity umístit, ✍️ přihlásit se předběžně MOHOU ale budou prozatím označeni a zapsáni ve startovní listině na webu 🟡 barvou jako náhradníci a ti zatím budou čekat na mojí výzvu k platbě startovného, kterou obdrží v momentě až budu vědět, že se vejdou a místo mají zajištěno - dříve VY opravdu nehraďte! Uvidíme jak se to bude plnit a vždy jsem k dispozici a komunikuji s Vámi o vyvíjení se situace.

5️⃣ BOXY: Budu řešit později, i dle registrovaných a přijatých jezdců k nám, musím také vykomunikovat s akcí, která je tak stejně před námi, jako byla v dubnu, kde z ní, někteří jezdci, které budou přijati k nám do Carboniacupu v nich zůstanou, neznamená to tedy, že když máte box rezervován z předchozí akce - že vám zůstane i na Carbonii.. dokud nevíte že jste přijati i na Carbonii, nemůžete mi blokovat box na oba dva dny předčasně.
❗️i tak bude na Carboniacup podmínka:
1x box = 2 auto v něm, není v mých silách spravedlivě naskládat do 42ks boxů v Mostě celkem 120 vozů, když jenom formulí bude 30ks, a ti opravdu nemohou jezdit ze zadního parkoviště až od pneuservisu, protože jsou nízké a špatně se s nimi manipuluje a couvá, a potom nemám kam dát ostatní závodní vozy 😔

🙏 Proto prosím, buďte k ostatním ohleduplní, je Vás tam vždy 110 a více, zmáčkněte se, domluvte mezi sebou, kdo s kým bude a musíte to vydržet. Snažím se vždy vyjít ve všem vstříc ale někdy to opravdu nejde, zázemí okruhu je takové jaké je. V prostoru za boxy si nechte to nejdůležitější a vozíky a plaťáky po složení vozů z nich např. odstavte na parkoviště umístěné pod Medical Centrum na šotolinu, tam je místa dost. Ti co mají velké kamiony pak mají problém do plného prostoru za boxy i zaparkovat.
Nechci se dostat do fáze, ač to k tomu už spěje, kdy já budu určovat kdo box má a kdo nemá, buďte připraveni nejen na závod Most vždy i na variantu mít stan k dispozici na postavení si svého zázemí i do prostoru mimo boxy 🙏
