September resolution 🧘🏼‍♂️💭

For many people, the year begins in September.
This month lets us set new intentions, cleansing ourselves of the past and starting fresh for the present moment.

Why put yoga at the top of the resolution list? Because a commitment to this practice will help you to reach all the other goals on your resolution list.📑

Surprise yourself through yoga. 🌿🙏🏻

✨Green Yoga International Teacher Training Course✨

Let me share with you some memories about Green Yoga International in Mallorca (Spain) back to 2022.📿

This is where my teacher path started. Here I got my first 200h multi-style yogi diploma and I started to form myself as yoga instructor.📜🧘🏼‍♂️

Spending three weeks at Green Yoga was a unique opportunity to develop teaching skills, meet lovely travel buddies, learn from expert tutors and professionals, study different yoga approaches and styles, and relax in nature.🌿

I strongly recommend this course: the ideal experience for everyone willing to move first steps in yoga teaching.🙏🏻

PS: and their vegan food is amazing 😋🥘

Thank you! 🤍

Yoga for International students 🫂🌐

Summer term 2024 in Prague is coming to and end. It's always sad to say goodbye to new friends and nice people I met during last winter.

This first edition of yoga course for Erasmus Students has been incredibly successful from many points of view. First of all, I had the opportunity to meet new friends from all around the world 🗺 and share with them the power of yoga.

A special thank to 🌞, which is a great welcoming community for all students in Prague.

Thanks to 🧘🏼‍♀️, which has been the perfect frame for our in-door classes. ✨

Finally, a huge thank you to every single person that came to practice together. I hope Hatha Sound project will be a nice memory to take home.

Stay with your breath, stay with the sound! 🎶🤍

On June - - > Out-door classes in Prague 🌳🪻

Namaste 🙏🏻 ,
