Some of our students from the Strength and Conditioning Laboratory attended the NSCA conference in Madrid, Spain. For all of them it was their first conference, but definitely not their last. We couldn't be more proud of how well they presented themselves the entire weekend.

Assisted jumping can provide such a stimulus and may result in long-term adaptations, which can be useful for athletes who sprint and jump. This article explains how this is commonly done in laboratories, and how methods that most coaches use likely result in slightly different stimuli depending on how much assistance you use.
