Für alle die Kraft aufbauen möchten, beweglicher werden wollen oder einfach Lust auf akrobatische Tänze haben.

Es werden alle Muskelgruppen beansprucht, dein ganzer Bewegungsapparat wird von Kopf bis Fuß gefordert. Das führt zu einer ausgewogenen körperlichen Fitness, einer gesunden Haltung, sowie eine Verbesserung der Kondition und deiner Koordination.

Jeder kann mitmachen, egal ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittener.

It’s workshop time!
Denys Zhygaltsov will be coming to our studios for 4 amazing workshops on flying pole!

16:00 and 18:00 o clock.

Denys is an artist of Cirque du Soleil, Roncalli, Flic Flac and has participated in various other circuses, theaters and shows.
Also, the owner of the Golden Buzzer from Dieter Bohlen and the finalist of Deutschland Supertalent 2024.

He will be offering 90min of a master workshop on flying poles in which he will be sharing all his secrets that he is using for his own training and shows.
- Recommendations for continued development in the field of aerial gymnastics.
- Stretching and conditioning.
- At the end you will be expected to lean a choreography on a flying pole!
- all the skills you learn, you will be able to use on a normal pole as well.

All levels welcome.
