☀️ Yoga for more inner balance this Summer ☀️

In summertime the days are long and warm. We may have sleep problems and feel hot and bothered, Summer is the season of the fire element. 🔥

Yin Yoga has a cooling, calming and restorative effect 🩵 and is therefore ideal as a counterbalance to the intense Yang energy of summer. It helps to regulate symptoms of heat, restlessness and exhaustion.

In our summer classes we’ll be starting with cooling BREATHWORK techniques.
