the workshop with just finished and it was honestly one of those things that feels better in the body than it ever looks on a screen.

what stood out most wasn’t even the exercises themselves, but everything in between.
the pauses, the conversations, the awkward moments, the laughter, the quiet resets.
that’s where a lot of the real learning seemed to happen.

the group was special. every person came with a very different energy and way of being, and somehow it all fit together without forcing it. by the end there was this very natural sense of connection in the room.

and that’s also something worth pointing out about soisci’s way of holding space.
she’s not placing herself above the room as some kind of “guru figure”.
she very much does inspire and teach, but at the same time sets a frame where everyone can actually contribute, experiment, fail, adjust, and still feel included in it.

that changes the whole tone of the practice.

grateful for the space, the people, and everything that unfolded in between the obvious parts.

this workshop is for people who feel that constantly optimizing themselves or collecting techniques is somehow… still not really it.

Join us 29. - 31. of May in Berlin 🌻

Soisci’s approach is not about collecting more methods or becoming “better” at life.

it’s more about learning how to stay responsive when things are unclear, messy, uncomfortable or changing.

because that’s most of life anyway.

a lot of us are very good at functioning when we know exactly what to do.
less people are good at staying open, playful and adaptable when we don’t know.

and that’s something you can actually practice.

through movement, interaction, games, attention, cooperation and meditation.

not in a “become your highest self” way.
more in a “be a bit more human and less rigid” way.

Soisci comes from a high-level movement and fighting background, but what she focuses on now is how these practices actually translate into everyday life and relationships.

if giving 100% all the time is your standard, doing 80% feels like a failure.

maybe one of the most underrated skills is learning how to do things… just okay sometimes
because half-assing & being lazy basically means preserving your energy.

a lot of us were taught that if we could do better, then we should

otherwise its lazy
unserious
not disciplined enough
not ambitious enough

but honestly

being able to be in that uncomfortable “in between” space can be healthy

sometimes “half-assing” something just means:

respecting your boundaries
being less bothered by what people think
not needing gold stars for everything
doing things more simply
letting some things stay unfinished for now

making mistakes without turning it into a personality crisis

and anyways productivity is not about squeezing the absolute maximum out of yourself today

it’s about sustainability
doing things in a way that you can actually keep doing long term

doing what you can right now
without turning “less” into a identity crisis

What did you learn in the last two months?

Some unlocked a new move.
Others found small tricks that made movements easier, higher, or more dynamic.

Because we focused on just three moves, even those who felt like they “didn’t progress” gained something big: confidence. The average attempt now looks like the best attempt from the beginning.

Putting one clear training priority in place for a few weeks really pays off.
