For more than 35 years, Ulrike Schablin has dedicated her time to bodywork and holistic wellbeing, and for over 25 years she has been teaching yoga with passion and depth.
With her extensive background in anatomy and movement, she offers not only regular yoga classes in studios and companies, but also leads retreats, workshops and special events. Her warm and intuitive teaching style creates a safe, transformative space for her students.
This weekend, you’ll have the chance to experience Ulrike’s teaching in an immersive 90-minute class offering a preview of the practices we’ll dive into during the upcoming retreat (25.06. - 28.06.2026).

Beyond core strength and posture, Pilates has a powerful effect on the nervous system. Through slow, controlled movement and intentional breathing, your body shifts out of “fight or flight” and into a more balanced state.
At the same time, you build a deeper connection to your body, learning how to stand, sit, and move with more awareness. This carries into everyday life, showing up as better posture, less tension and more ease overall.
