We need to listen, see and learn from all things thats we've heard and seen.

We need to listen to ourselves also to learn all the parts inside us. What were the bad/ good things that we've been done? In What did we succeeded and failed? What should we grow?

Spend time to be quite and look at you. Calm down and think more deeply. Use the heart to talk and the brain to think.

😌 So many things, right?

But we will learn it all together. It just takes time, but don't give up and please be patient.

You will burn your lowerbody slowly but just sleep my besties😴omg then tomorrow 🤫🥵💪 you can feel with every movement. You can feel its sore, it hurts but keep doing it and make great things together.

METHOD:

❗️IGNITE: 20 reps 3 rounds for each exercise
Side lunges
Standing Kickbacks
Kneeling Hip Thrust
Jump Squat

❗️FIRE UP: 12-15 reps 3 rounds for each exercise
Hip Thrust w Dumbbell
Tripel Squat
Step Ups

❗️PUSH YOUR LIMIT: 30 reps 2 rounds for each exercise
Squat S to S w Band
Standing Kickbacks w Band
