Wir freuen uns, euch zu unseren anstehenden regelmäßigen Kursen in einem schönen und gemütlichen Studio in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg  begrüßen zu dürfen.

Beginnt oder erweitert eure Praxis des Altägyptischen Yoga und kommt, um ein mehrere tausend Jahre altes System zu erlernen, das von den Weisen von Kemet (dem alten ägyptischen Königreich) geschaffen wurde.

Ihr könnt Meditation, Hekau-Gesänge und die körperlichen Haltungen des Tjef Sema Paut Neteru Systems (Haltungen der Götter und Göttinnen des alten, afrikanischen altägyptischen Königsreichs als Teil des Unterrichts erwarten. 

Gelegentlich werden wir auch einen Blick auf die kemetische Mythologie und Theologie sowie auf die Medu Neter (sogenannte Hieroglyphen) werfen.

Das System bringt alle Vorteile mit sich, die Mensch sich bei Yoga vorstellen kann und ist eindeutig in Afrika verwurzelt.

Geeignet für Anfänger und auch wenn noch keine Yoga Erfahrung vorhanden ist. Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Einheit von Atmung, Körper und Geist und hat einen meditativen Charakter.

We are happy to welcome you to our upcoming regular classes in a beautiful and cozy studio in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg.

Start or expand your practice of Ancient Egyptian Yoga and come to learn a several thousand year old system created by the sages of Kemet (the ancient Egyptian kingdom).

You can expect meditation, Hekau chanting and the physical postures of the Tjef Sema Paut Neteru system (postures of the gods and goddesses of the ancient, African Ancient Egyptian kingdom as part of the class. 

Occasionally we will also take a look at Kemetic mythology and theology as well as the Medu Neter (so-called hieroglyphs).

The system brings with it all the benefits of yoga and is clearly rooted in Africa.

Suitable for beginners and even if you have no previous yoga experience. The main focus is on the unity of

Saturdays at 12 o'clock (noon).

Let me introduce Mr J., 75 years strong.
Since the first time Mr J. took part in a Smai Tawi/African Kemetic Yoga class, he's been a role model in consistency. Showing up every week on time.
A couple of weeks ago, he suddenly stopped showing up and i was concerned that he had transcended. Last week after my class he was suddenly in front of the classroom. You can imagine my relief that he's well. Turned out he played soccer with his nephew and injured his knee. Now he's back on track and continuing his practice.
Glad he's back.

This story is a friendly reminder to me to live every day as it would be the last, treat people like you're never meeting them again and focusing on what really matters.

In this posture we relax deeply and meditate on staying focused on our goals no matter what distraction life throws at us.

Here we have the postures of Auset (Isis) -we meditate on trusting and embracing our intuition while executing the posture.
Followed by Uah Khepri (The time before Creation) -we meditate on opening our spirit and relaxing the body so we can manifest all the attributes me meditate on during the session in ourselves.
