We are back with our next community Kirtan!
This time led by Rebecca, Dana and Steffen, accompanied by Krishna on the drums.

As always no experience needed, just come with an open heart and chant together for a good cause. kids, pets all welcome :)
All proceeds will be donated to a good cause.

FALL RETREAT

I know it's just the beginning of summer, but here it is!

Come join me this fall, over the very special weekend of October 31st for a retreat where we dive into our dark side, the balance between shadow and light. Co-creating a space of deep release and renewal exploring transition, death, intuition, and inner truth through Asana practice, Pranayama, Chanting, Meditation, Sound and Ritual.

I am offering 2 soli spots for a reduced price (if you are in financial need or if you want to contribute something to the retreat let's talk) and 5 early bird spots for 30€ off the full price.

This class focuses on building stability and balance.

Through slow, controlled movements, we target and activate the deep core—abdominals, back, pelvic floor and glutes —to create a strong, supportive foundation.

Expect precise exercises and mindful repetition that build intensity to challenge your muscles and build lasting strength.

NEW DAY + TIME

Join Aylin every Monday at 8 pm for a practice that combines active asanas (Yang) with longer held poses (Yin). This practice allows you to first build heat, to activate, before then releasing and rebalance your body and nervous system. Perfect for the end of the day to leave you relaxed and grounded.

NEW YOGA + CALISTHENICS FUSION

Join Alex for a blend of mindful yoga and dynamic calisthenics. Using bodyweight exercises, you build strength, stability, and mobility while staying connected to breath.

Through playful movement and thoughtful sequencing, you will explore foundational skills, balance effort and ease, and deepen awareness of how the body moves.
