Watch Saiko Shihan Roel Wildeboer perform Sushiho (五十四歩), one of the most advanced and technically demanding kata in Kyokushin. Every movement reflects decades of dedicated practice, precision, balance, and the true spirit of Budo.

Why should every serious karateka study Sushiho?

1️⃣ It develops exceptional balance and body control.
2️⃣ It teaches smooth transitions between powerful and flowing techniques.
3️⃣ It improves timing, breathing, and mental focus.
4️⃣ It contains practical bunkai that enhance real fighting ability.
5️⃣ It preserves the traditional techniques and philosophy passed down through Kyokushin.

Kata is far more than choreography. It is a living expression of Kyokushin, connecting us to the teachings of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama while shaping stronger karateka for the future.

Train with purpose. Practice with sincerity. Preserve the tradition.
