Osu,
Today, May 3rd, training took place in the dojo of Shihan Hans Tuinder.

Even with a smaller group due to the holiday period, the spirit on the Dojo floor was strong and focused. Under the guidance of Shihan Wildeboer, everyone trained hard and with full commitment.

Quality over quantity. Spirit over numbers. 💪

Thank you to everyone who was present and gave their best.

Big Osu! 🔥

At every training session, Saiko Shihan Roel Wildeboer pays tribute to Sosai Mas Oyama, honoring the founder whose spirit and teachings continue to guide generations of karateka worldwide. 🥋

Before training begins, remembrance, gratitude, and discipline set the tone of the Dojo. This tradition reminds us that Kyokushin is more than technique and fighting spirit — it is respect, legacy, and character.

Through leaders like Saiko Shihan Roel Wildeboer, the original values of Kyokushin remain alive in Europe and beyond.

We bow to the past.
We train in the present.
We build the future.

Osu. 🔥
