This is an extremely efficient machine for the press, which is currently being tested to the maximum by our athletes. Antony and Eduard has a lot of fun with it. Whether he therefore got his power for the 2 victories at the last German championship? .foehrig

Nobody saw that coming!?

Antony Föhrig wins double gold at the German Newcomer Nationals in the -110kg class 🥇🥇

The story behind this double win is remarkable. Antony had been developing a new favorite technique: the Flop Press. It was the only thing he focused on in training. Everyone told him he was pretty strong with it, but he still wasn’t sure if it would work in competition.

So nobody expected what came next.

He had a clear plan for his setup - and he executed it perfectly. His opponents weren’t prepared for that kind of press power. He won match after match all the way to the finals. There, with everything he had, he managed to win one last time from a defensive position to take the gold! 🔥

Congratulations on the double win, Antony! 🎉🎉🥳

We're proud to have this young talent in our team 💪🏼

He did it!!
Andreas Saib is now German Champion of the 100kg class 🏆

🥇 Left Arm – 1st Place
🥈 Right Arm – 2nd Place

What a strong perfomance and comeback in the finals. After the last year, where he got 3rd place with both arms, he was even more motivated to get the title this year in 2025. The preparation turned out to be successful and he came out on top. We are proud of this young talent! 💪🏼

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Deutschen Meister Andreas! 🥳

More content, training and projects from Armwrestling Acadeny coming soon!

Stay tuned.
