NEU ✨Pole Tricks Level 1 mit monatlichem Thema!

Über einen Monat hinweg lernen wir aufbauend einen neuen Pole Trick auf Level 1 Niveau. Gezieltes Conditioning sowie stufenweisen Lernen der einzelnen Schritte sind Bestandteil dieses Format. Ziel ist es, den Trick des Monats zum Ende eines jeden Monats gut und sicher zu beherrschen, Ein- und Ausgänge zu kennen. Damit erweitern wir dein Trick - Portfolio und machen dich bereit für längere Combos, die in anderen Kursen auf dich warten.
Zu jedem neuen Monat wird das neuen Trick-Thema bekannt gegeben.
Kurse können einzeln gebucht werden, es ist nicht notwendig alle Wochen teilzunehmen.

Spinning Pole Special Format à la Trisha with exciting shapes and transitions: truly fairy-like.
In the first course, you’ll learn two combos. The second course will deepen and refine these combos. Both sessions are spinning pole, building upon each other and combining technique with the dance moves.
CHOOSE LEVEL 1 for non inverted combos
CHOOSE LEVEL 2-3 if you have your aerial invert and brass monkey.

2 special formats, 2 heel tricks, and a choreography that will ignite your passion!
The vibe will be dark, fluid, and mystical. Both sessions build upon each other, allowing you to properly learn one heel trick and both sequences of the choreography in each session. The second session then focuses on refining the choreography with all the details for a beautiful and polished dance experience.

90-minute workshop for anyone who wants to take their Shrimp Tricks game to the next level.
Trisha is back in town and serving up new tricks and techniques for a safe build-up. In this format, she’ll teach exercises to perfectly prepare your body for challenging tricks. It’s a mix of targeted conditioning and learning cool new tricks.

Unsere Weihnachtsfeier am 13.12.2025 startet um 15 Uhr mit einem kleinen Weihnachtsmarkt für Pole Klamotten, es darf getauscht und geshoppt werden. In weihnachtlich gemütlicher Atmosphäre gibt es Kaffee und selbst gebackene Kekse UND thematisch abgestimmte Tattoos von unserer bezaubernden Kimi (.ink.96). Ab 17 Uhr leiten wir über in das Abendprogramm und starten zu 18 Uhr mit der Open Stage, einer Pole Performance Show mit Impro Charakter. Es wird Acts unserer Vanilla Family geben, von Newbies bis hin zu bereits erfahrenen TänzerInnen. Einzigartig dieses Jahr ist unsere Dinner Begleitung, ein auf Vanilla Sky abgestimmtes Catering von Kiezgröße Chris, von „Torten & Schnittchen“. Wir freuen uns auf einen wundervollen Abend mit Euch!

BOOSTER PROGRAM GRADUATION DAY 🎓

Die letzten 6 Wochen haben unsere Students des DYNAMIC POWER- und des DELICIOUS SPIRALS Programms alles gegeben! 💪🏼 Heute haben wir den Abschluss und die erreichten Ziele gemeinsam gefeiert. Dank unserer unfassbaren Hedwig, oder wie wir sagen Hed(wing) 🪽, die mit ihrer Kompetenz und einzigartigen Persönlichkeit wortwörtlich Flügel verleiht, haben wir alle nicht nur unglaublich viel gelernt, sondern auch eine besondere Atmosphäre genießen dürfen. Wir nehmen diese Stimmung mit in unsere nächsten Pole Sessions und freuen uns schon auf weitere Programme. Mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge beenden wir diesen Tag, denn unsere kleinen Booster Gruppen waren heute ein letztes Mal gemeinsam am schwitzen. Aber da wir alle mittlerweile zur Vanilla Family miteinander verschmolzen sind, geht unsere Reise weiter. Für einige schon morgen in den Kursen, für andere vielleicht zum nächsten Booster Format 🤍
