Today was another beautiful experience as part of my yoga & Pilates retreat in Sardinia. 🌿🫒
We visited a wonderful family-run olive oil farm, where we discovered the passion, traditions and stories behind their production.
The highlight of the day was an unforgettable olive oil tasting under the olive grove, surrounded by nature, sunshine and the warm and peaceful atmosphere of the Sardinian countryside. ✨
I love how my retreat is not only about movement, wellness and reconnecting with ourselves, but also about slowing down and discovering the authentic traditions, flavours and people of Sardinia.
