A bit of a vulnerable and oversharing post from your local adhd gremlins: earlier this year we secured a new venue for the school, and right after life hit us both in the face in full force. Break ups, relocating living situations, managing insane traveling schedules, and mental health challenges associated to it all took over. This is a clip of us finally having a training where we allowed ourselves to have fun and reconnect with our dancing. To feel we were able to have fun dancing again has been precious.

We know the past trimester we were unable to run the school in the way we would have wanted to and that you all deserve. We are inmensely grateful for the patience and care of our students throguhout this time, you’ve shown us once again that our community will nourish us when we have little to give back.

We are regrouping throughout December to restructure classes, administration, and much more to return in January in full force: a more diverse schedule, regular parties, more workshops with our teachers and invited guests... Until then, thank you again for the grace and patience you have offered us throughout this trimester. E-mails are being answered this week, more concrete info about schedules is coming in December.
