We totally understand there are some pissed-off customers from 2022. Your frustration and anger are absolutely correct.

Loads of Qs about the app and it being offline...
Basically, it disappeared when Modmo went into administration.
This means a lot of the backend systems go offline and aren't so easy to restart.
But, we're on it and getting closer to a solution that'll get the connectivity back.
Other than the app, the bikes are still fully functional and a whole lot of fun to ride.
Stay tuned, 'appy days aren't too far away.

It's been almost a year since our last post and plenty has been happening. Good, bad and ugly all rolled into a new start very soon.
Modmo will be back soon, and we're looking forward to getting a fab wee brand with amazing bikes back on track.
