FROM THE GROUND UP or HEAVEN DOWN?

Details matter, specification is important and features are key

But nothing beats how much fun it is to ride a Modmo. Every time.

The gurus, experts and 10X'rs would tell us we're supposed to have a finely tuned plan for social posts.

There's a rough plan for now, but it's mostly being flexible and answering the questions, queries and comments that come up.

🫵🏼 You lead the way and we'll try to keep up 🫵🏼

Update about the Modmo App below but just to say...

All the comments, questions and messages over the last week are well received and we appreciate you taking the time to send and post them.
Please feel free to fire away with them.

Good, bad, indifferent.... it's called customer service and we love it.

We totally understand there are some pissed-off customers from 2022. Your frustration and anger are absolutely correct.

We'll help put it right - promise.

Loads of Qs about the app and it being offline...

Basically, it disappeared when Modmo went into administration.
This means a lot of the backend systems go offline and aren't so easy to restart.

But, we're on it and getting closer to a solution that'll get the connectivity back.

Other than the app, the bikes are still fully functional and a whole lot of fun to ride.

Stay tuned, 'appy days aren't too far away.

Great rollercoasters go up and down, great books have more than one chapter.

It's been almost a year since our last post and plenty has been happening. Good, bad and ugly all rolled into a new start very soon.

Modmo will be back soon, and we're looking forward to getting a fab wee brand with amazing bikes back on track.

Green light on Monday means go go go for the week. How are you getting into the office?

06/09/2022

How many of you are still commuting to and from the office? Who’s hybrid and who’s gone full work from home? We’re curious to know how life is for our audience in the post pandemic world 🌎

Answering calls on the road when you're already meant to be in the office like. Can't even use the traffic as an excuse
