Thinking about our retreats in Crete, I found this photo lifting myself in Utpluthih asana with a big smile.
Levinthos has a quiet way of reminding me what really matters. Simple days, deep breaths, and moments of presence that stay long after the retreat ends.
Something shifts when we give ourselves time and space to simply be.
Already looking forward to July.💙

In two days, The Art of Intimacy retreat begins.
As we prepare to gather, I find myself reflecting on what intimacy truly asks from us.
Self-love is not simply praising myself or pretending I have it all together.
It is learning to welcome my real nature, the man who feels sensitive, who can be shaken by criticism, who sometimes fails, disappoints, or loses his way.
The art of intimacy begins here.
Not in perfection.
Not in performing confidence.
But in the quiet courage to meet myself honestly.
Real connection starts when I stop loving only the polished version of me
and begin embracing the man who doubts, who feels deeply, who sometimes falls short, who carries tenderness alongside strength.
Intimacy is the willingness to stay open with myself.
To soften instead of defend.
To receive myself fully even in moments of insecurity, failure, or disappointment.
Because the way I hold myself becomes the way I meet others.
When I learn to stay with my own heart,
I no longer need to chase connection.
I become available for it.
Loving myself is not self-admiration.
It is commitment.
A quiet promise: I will not abandon myself.
And from that place, intimacy becomes possible,
not only giving love,
but allowing myself to receive it.

There are moments when you don’t practice to become something…
but to remember what you already are.
Sitting on this rock, by the Ganga, everything felt both still and in motion at the same time.
The river never stops. It doesn’t hold, it doesn’t hesitate, it doesn’t look back.
And yet, there is a profound peace in its constant movement.
During the retreat in Rishikesh we explored the deities not as distant figures, but as living energies within us.
Creation, preservation, destruction… not as abstract ideas, but as cycles we move through every day.
The Ganga carries all of it.
It receives everything without resistance : the sacred, the chaotic, the heavy, the light
and through its movement, it transforms.
And maybe that’s the real teaching:
You don’t need to force transformation.
You don’t need to rush your process.
You don’t need to hold on so tightly to what is already asking to move.
Just like the river…
when you allow life to flow through you, instead of against you,
something begins to soften, to shift, to clear.
This place has a way of reminding you:
You are not stuck.
You are in motion.
And if you trust that movement…
transformation is not something you chase.
It’s something that happens.
If this speaks to something in you,
there are still spaces open for the upcoming trainings and retreats in Crete, Kalamos or Italy.

Sometimes, saying yes, even last minute, is the beginning of everything.

This photo captures a personal moment of letting go on the banks of the Ganga River. It felt deeply symbolican expression of a decision that came from clarity rather than force.
The retreat in Rishikesh has been truly special. I hope you’ve been experiencing the depth of this theme as much as I have.
I also want to share a small personal note. The past three months have been full—moving between Peru, Mexico, and India, working with beautiful groups, and now returning to Berlin to close a chapter that has been part of my life for almost a year.
Sacred Space has now closed its doors. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it felt like an honest one. I’m grateful I gave it life, that I learned through it, and that it ultimately brought me back to what feels most aligned, teaching, traveling, and creating spaces for connection in different parts of the world.
I feel a lot of gratitude for the people, the experiences, and the movement.
I’ve already shared my retreats up until October 2026, and I’m currently shaping the next phase of workshops in Berlin. The focus will be on regeneration, renewal, receptivity, and authentic intimacy.
In April, I’ll be in Crete, in Levinthos. There are still available spots and you’re very welcome to join the 100h or 200h Yoga Teacher Training, or spend time together on a retreat, either Kalamos, Athens in Crete or later in Puglia.
If something in this resonates with you, I’d love to welcome you there.
P.S. Thank you Dennis for the photo.🙏🏻🫶

Men’s Yoga Retreat, Rishikesh, India
March 2026
The Deities Within
For the past 10 days in Rishikesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas, a group of men came together for a journey that was much more than a retreat.
Through yoga, meditation, rituals, and the wisdom of the Indian tradition, we explored the many archetypes of the gods and goddesses, not as distant figures, but as qualities that live within each of us.
We greeted the mornings with practice, shared honest conversations, and experienced moments that words can hardly capture.
Bathing in the sacred waters of the Ganga, sitting in silence, laughing together, opening our hearts.
This journey was about remembering something simple and powerful:
that strength can be gentle, vulnerability can be courageous, and connection can transform us.
What made this retreat unforgettable was not only the practices or the places, but the people, the trust, the openness, and the willingness to show up authentically.
Grateful for every man who walked this path together.
Rishikesh has a way of touching something deep inside you.
And somehow, the journey continues.
