Yoga with Runa

Hey fellow yogis,

due to the current situation, I have decided to offer a relaxing and restoring yin-inspired yoga class this Sunday, 7pm London time.
If you want to unwind with me, click the link in my bio, select book a class and then "Sunday Recharge".

It’ll be on zoom and all you’ll need is your mat/carpet/towel, a blanket, and relaxed-fit clothes.

This first class will be donation based, in order to make it available for all of you. So basically, if you can support me as a teacher, please do, but if you can’t afford to that’s not a problem either.
