Learn some ingenious leglock techniques from one of the greatest in the game: Kieran Kichuk 🙌 He will be giving a seminar at our gym and we still have a few spots available.

Kieran Kichuk is known for his submission-oriented style and has some big wins to his name. He received his black belt in 2020 and is now a member of the B-Team.

Yesterday gave a seminar at 🤖 Thank you for the opportunity 🙏 Great to see how many black belts were in the house.

Last weekend at 🤙 We achieved third place in the kids overall category and were therefore able to take home a team medal.🥉
