⭐️ SHOWCASE ALERT ⭐️

We hate to break it to you, but Christmas is coming sooner than you think 🎄✨ While we’re not quite ready to admit that yet, it does give us a pretty good excuse to bring back something we’ve been missing for way too long: a Christmas showcase at the studio.

Save the date! On 6. December ,we’re inviting you to join us for a cozy evening at the studio, filled with pole performances, community vibes and a little bit of festive magic.

Do you feel the call to perform? ✨ If you’d love to step on stage and share something you’ve been working on, we’d love to hear your ideas! Apply for a solo performance by sending an email to [email protected] and include:

• A short written description of your performance concept — tell us about your song, style, story or overall vision. What kind of performance do you envision?

• A video showing your performance skills. It can be from a previous showcase or competition, or simply some footage from your pole training. The video should be 2–4 minutes long.

📅 APPLICATION DEADLINE: 15 NOVEMBER 2026

Not quite ready to take the stage on your own? We’ve got you! Our instructors Pamela Hernández Farfán and will be creating group performances with their classes, giving you the chance to be part of the show without having to take the stage on your own.

⭐️ TIMETABLE UPDATE ⭐️

A new season calls for new changes - and we’ve got some exciting ones coming your way! Here are our Fall Updates, starting this October:

⭐️ Introducing ACRO LOW FLOW with our new instructor .aurora.pole. If handstands, low flow tricks and getting acrobatic around the pole are your thing, or something you’ve been wanting to improve, this class is for you. In this new class, Rafaela will challenge your strength, balance and ability to connect static tricks in a smooth and controlled way — perfect for students from Level 2 onwards who want to build strength and gain more confidence in hand and forearm stands, low flow tricks and static rotations.

⭐️ is officially joining the team! You may already know her from the various classes she’s covered over the past few months. From October on, Jalda is officially taking over regular classes on Sundays. She’ll be teaching FIRST TRICKS UPSIDE DOWN for everyone who’s ready to move beyond the beginner level and start exploring inversions, and INTRO TO POLE for those taking their very first steps on the pole.

⭐️ POLE DANCE LEVEL 1 with Rafaela is moving to the late afternoon, giving our beginner students a new instructor to learn from.

⭐️ POLE DANCE LEVEL 2&3 with Pamela Henríquez Flores is moving from Wednesday to Thursday. By bringing our Level 2 and Level 2&3 classes together on the same day, we’re creating one stronger Level 2–3 time slot for students looking to keep progressing through the week.

From lawyer to professional pole performer, Tonya has created a signature style that is all about beautiful lines, intriguing accents and captivating sensuality. Here’s what she’s bringing to the studio:

Don’t we all love a good old 90s R&B anthem? With a remix of the iconic song “Pony”, Tonya is bringing back her signature choreography that captivated the audience during our last Show Night in May.

In this all levels Heels Workshop, Tonya will guide you through her unique choreography combining sensuality, elegance and confidence. Expect a beautiful contrast of melting, fluid movements, sharp accents and powerful moments that allow you to explore different textures and expressions in your dancing.

Prerequisites: At least 6 months experience in dancing with Heels

⭐️ STRAP & POLE ⭐️

Get ready to explore a whole new way of interacting with the pole. By adding a strap to your pole, you’ll discover new possibilities for movement, shapes, transitions, and creative exploration.

In this workshop, Tonya will guide you through interesting skills and playful transitions, helping you understand how this new tool can expand your existing pole vocabulary.

Prerequisites: Min. Pole Dance Level 2

⭐️ TIMETABLE UPDATE ⭐️

Berlin is heating up, and so is our timetable. Starting July 1st, we’ve got a few exciting updates for you. Check out what’s new:

⭐️ New daytime classes with : Spend your lunch break refining your advanced pole skills or pushing your flexbility to the next level with Josh’s new Tuesday classes POLE DANCE LEVEL 3 and FULL BODY STRETCH.

⭐️ .pole.official is taking on a new POLE DANCE LEVEL 2 class on Tuesdays, helping her loyal beginner students take the next step in their pole journey.

⭐️ is now teaching INTRO TO POLE on Thursdays, guiding new students through their very first steps on the pole.

⭐️ The morning classes with are moving to a later time slot, making it easier to fit into your day - whether you’re on your lunch break, or simply prefer a slower start to your mornings.

⭐️ POLE DANCE LEVEL 3–4 with is now officially becoming POLE DANCE LEVEL 4 only. But let's be honest: this class has been Master Class level for quite some time already.

⭐️ GET YOUR SPLITS with is becoming FULL BODY STRETCH. Each week, the focus will shift to a different area of the body for a more well-rounded flexibility practice on the weekends.

⭐️ will be leaving Berlin in August and will therefore only be with us for one more month. We're sad to see her go, but grateful to have had her as part of the team. Make sure to join her Sunday classes while you still can and stay tuned for updates on our Sunday schedule starting in August.
