bei unserer Umbau- und Aufräum-Aktion haben wir Material gefunden, das wir niemandem zuordnen konnten.
Es handelt sich um
- ein weißes Aerial-Tuch mit Karabinern
- ein Stab
- ein Seilzug
Wenn euch etwas davon gehört oder ihr wisst, wessen Material das ist, meldet euch bitte bis zum 22.3. bei uns.
Danach geben wir die Sachen weg, wenn sich niemand meldet.

during our spring clean up we found some material which we couldn’t trace to anyone.
It is

- an acrobatic stick
- one pulley system

If this is yours or you knows who’s material it might be please inform us until 22nd of March. After this date we gonne give those things away if we didn’t hear from any owner.

Ihr Lieben,
wir müssen am Wochenende vom 14.-15.3. Bauarbeiten im Artistraum durchführen.
In dem Zuge werden wir alle Requisiten oder Material, was seit Jahren bei uns gelagert und von niemanden genutzt wird, entsorgen.

Falls ihr noch Requisiten bei uns gelagert habt, auch wenn ihr schon lange nicht mehr im Artistraum trainiert habt, bitten wir euch diese bis spätestens 13.3.2026 abzuholen. Termine dafür könnt ihr gern mit Anna vom Artistraum-Team absprechen.

Und alle, die gerade regelmäßig bei uns trainieren, bitten wir die eigenen Requisiten, die ihr aktuell für euer Training nutzt, mit Namen zu markieren und alle Requisen, die ihr gerade nicht benötigt, abzuholen.

Dear all,
We need to carry out construction work in Artistraum over the weekend of 14–15 March.
As part of this, we will be disposing of all props and materials that have been stored with us for years and are no longer being used by anyone.

If you still have props stored with us, even if you haven't trained in Artistraum for a long time, we ask you to pick them up by 13 March 2026 at the latest. You are welcome to arrange appointments for this with Anna from Artistraum team.

We kindly request that all those who are currently training with us on a regular basis mark their own equipment that they are currently using for training with their name and collect any equipment that they do not currently need.

Hello everyone! Hope you all do well.
To all our monthly members and ten-training-card users: We have some trouble with our bank account. The Postbank has IT problems since months. So since July no money transfer to or from our bank account was possible. Every payment got automatically cancelled. And it looks like this problem continues in August.
Please check if your payment got back to your accounts and please be patient. We hope the bank solves the issue soon.
If the problem continues we will think about a way to pay cash. Thank you for understanding!

Yesterday we did our annual spring cleanup and like usual we found quite a few things that are now looking for their original owners.
We will keep them until 22nd of May and if no one claims them by then we give them away.
So have a close look at the pictures and check if some of those things might be yours to pick up! :)

***ARTISTRAUM NEEDS YOUR COMMITMENT***

Hello to all artists*, artist-fans and cultural workers,

For more than 6 years the Artistraum in Berlin exists now. It is a training room for circus and performing arts, which is mainly used for free training, in which workshops are also offered, as well as intensive rehearsals and productions. It is always busy and the room has become an integral part of the Berlin independent scene.

From the very beginning, the concept of the Artistraum was based on self-organization, low prices and as many people as possible taking on tasks and responsibility - also in line with the idea of the KuBiZ e.V. house project, in which the Artistraum is located.

There were times when it worked quite well, but our profession involves a lot of flexibility, a lot of traveling and makes continuous work in a project difficult, so that there were usually too few people for too many tasks.

We, the team of three people who started the project in 2014, have now reached a point where we no longer have the capacity to continue the project! After six years of volunteer work for Artistraum we need new people who are willing to take over the tasks of the organization.

In the long run we will not be able to organize the Artistraum anymore. We will continue like this until the end of 2021 at the latest, and then an important training room and meeting place in the (Berlin) artist scene would be missing.

So - the Artistraum needs your commitment!

We also believe that the project, the Artistraum, can be so much more if people are motivated to make something out of it!

So, if you are interested in getting involved on a continuous basis, if you have your own ideas or if you are already a team - get in touch with us!

Hallo an alle Artist*innen, Artistik- Fans und Kulturschaffende,

Seit mehr als 6 Jahren gibt es den Artistraum in Berlin jetzt. Es ist ein Trainigsraum für Artistik, der vor allem für freies Training genutzt wird, in dem auch Workshops angeboten werden, sowie Intensivproben und Produktionen stattfinden. Es ist immer reger Betrieb und der Raum ist fester Bestandteil der Berliner freien Szene geworden.

Von Anfang an basierte das Konzept des Artistraums auf Selbstorganisation, günstige Preise und möglichst viele Leute die Aufgaben und Verantwortung übernehmen – entprechend auch der Idee des Hausprojekts KuBiZ e.V. in dem sich der Artistraum befindet.

Es gab Zeiten in denen es ganz gut funktionert hat, aber unser Beruf beinhaltet eben viel Flexibilität, viele Reisen und erschwert kontinuierliche Arbeit in einem Projekt, sodass es meistens zu wenige Leute für zu viele Aufgaben gab.

Wir, das Team von drei Leuten, die das Projekt 2014 begonnen haben, sind nun an einem Punkt angekommen, dass wir die Kapazitäten nicht mehr haben, das Projekt weiter zu stemmen! Nach sechs Jahren ehrenamtlicher Arbeit für den Artistraum braucht es neue Leute, die bereit sind die Aufgaben der Organisation zu übernehmen.

Auf lange Sicht werden wir den Artistraum nicht mehr organisieren können. Wir werden bis maximal Ende 2021 noch so weitermachen, und dann würde ein wichtiger Trainingsraum und Treffpunkt in der (Berliner) Artistenszene fehlen.

Also - der Artistraum braucht euer Engagement!

Wir glauben auch, dass das Projekt, der Artistraum, auch noch viel mehr kann, wenn Menschen motiviert sind, etwas draus zu machen!

Also, wenn du oder ihr Interesse habt euch kontinuierlich einzubringen, vielleicht auch eigene Ideen mitbringt oder sogar schon ein Team seid – meldet euch bei uns!

sth important was forgotten in the original newsletter:
We ask you to pay for 10 times of training in advance and then write in the calendar 1-10 behind your name until you used the ten times. For these ten times pay 60€ - that is more then the 5€ per training we had before, because we are struggling to cover the rent after this two months if being closed.

Hallo, etwas wichtiges wurde im ursprünglichen Newsletter vergessen: Wir bitten euch das 10-fache des Trainings im Voraus zu bezahlen und dann in den Kalender 1-10 hinter Ihrem Namen zu schreiben, bis ihr das 10-fache verwendet haben. Für diese zehn Male zahlt ihr 60 € - das sind mehr als die 5 € pro Training, die wir zuvor hatten, weil wir Schwierigkeiten haben, die Miete nach diesen zwei Monaten zu decken, seit wir geschlossen sind. Artistraum reopening!

Hello everyone,
we are happy to announce, that the Artistraum reopens today!
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, some things are different from before:
Most important: NO ONLINE DATE - NO TRAINING!!!

Open training from 4 p.m. until evening:

- Before each training you have to sign in our online-calendar! It is possible to register for one, two, three or a maximum of four hours.

- All persons pay for ten times when they sign up for the first time in the calendar and then write the number (1-10) for their training in brackets after their name.

- The payment is done by bank transfer, here are our account details:

- Everyone has give their contact details before each training and sign that they have no symptoms of Covid-19 and that they agree to follow the hygiene measures. You will find the slips of paper in the Artist Dream, after signing them, throw them in our mailbox.

- A maximum of 8 people can train/stay in the Artistraum at the same time!

- You have to pay attention to the necessary distance to the other people!

- The toilet, the wall bars and the ladder will be cleaned after each use by the respective person.

Despite these measures we wish you a good training!

wir freuen uns ankündigen zu können, dass der Artistraum ab heute wieder offen ist!
Aufgrund der Covid-19 Regulierungen, sind allerdings einige Dinge anderes als vorher.
Das Wichtigste ist: KEIN ONLINE-TERMIN - KEIN TRAINING!

Offenes Training von 16 Uhr bis Abends:

- Vor jedem Training müsst ihr euch in unseren Online-Kalender eintragen! Es ist möglich, sich für eine, zwei, drei oder maximal vier Stunden einzutragen. (Link)

- Alle Personen zahlen für zehn mal, wenn sie sich zum ersten Mal in den Kalender eintragen und schreiben dann die Zahl (1-10) für ihr Training in Klammern hinter ihren Namen.

- Das Zahlen läuft per Überweisung, hier sind unsere Kontodaten:

- Jede Person muss vor jedem Training ihre Kontaktdaten angeben und unterschreiben, dass sie keine Symptome von Covid-19 hat und dass sie sich einverstanden erklärt, die Hygiene- Maßnahmen zu befolgen. Die Zettel findet ihr im Artistraum, nachdem ihr sie unterschrieben habt, werft sie in unseren Briefkasten

- Es können immer maximal 8 Leute gleichzeitig im Artistraum trainieren/sich aufhalten!

- Ihr müsst selbstständig auf den nötigen Abstand zu den anderen Personen achten!

- Das Klo, die Sprossenwand und die Leiter werden nach jeder Benutzung von der jeweiligen Person geputzt.
