I have not-so-great news. A lot of you have known about my health struggles and my various attempts at coming back, time and time again. I'm super grateful for the support you've all been giving me and all the good vibes I received from you. I'm super happy to have met every single one of you through our shared love for shiny dyneema things.

Unfortunately, I think the time has come where my illnesses have outpaced my abilities to cope and persevere, and I see myself unable to continue working on dyborg.gear and making things for all of you amazing people.

I hate everything about it. It sucks. It's fu***ng unfair. But I also can't change anything about it right now. All of this brings me so much sadness and pain.

I've tried for so long to find ways around these painful and difficult things, ways to allow me to keep dyborg.gear going but I also can't force myself to go on as if I wasn't sick, disabled and unbearably exhausted by it.

I'm still holding out hope for maybe, someday, finding a way to come back, maybe in a different way. To share the love again and do what I love.

I also still have some ready-to-ship items here that I want to get out to you, but… for the next ~however long it takes~ I might just need a bit of time to grieve and reset before I open up the store for a final clearance sale.

I honestly don't know if I wan't to be left alone or need a hug right now, your pick.

Hey friends, quick update: seems my little "cold" from last week might have turned into something more annoying. Still investigating what exactly is wrong with the help of my doctors, but pneumonia has been floated as a potential cause of my current predicament.

I'll be taking some proper time off and let you know once I have updates about what's going on and when I can get back to the sewing machine.

I'm only a one person show, so if I can't work, nobody can take over for me to pick up the slack and I'll have to work twice as hard to catch up after I'm back. Oopsie. My phone died on me last weekend and that has thrown a real wrench into my workflow to be sure… with things like banking, mobility and secure communication being dependent on a working mobile device, life sure has been interesting these past days.

To everyone wondering where I went or why things are so f'n slow right now… I hope I'll have everything crucial restored over the next few days, fingers crossed 🤞

Even with a working backup, there's so much stuff to sort out, it's a real nightmare 🥵

Yesss, custom things! Made a second iteration of this awesome triple zipped pouch x sling crossover. I made it 2" bigger all around, with stronger loops, straps and divider fabric so it can serve its owner even better than its older sibling.
