Each new group is a new story and witnessing a group’s becoming is such a great experience! I feel honored to work with my colleague and explore a beyond work relationship together with it’s ups and downs.
Looking forward to our new group starting next week! 🧿

In an age where technology takes over, where we lose more human contact, remembering and strengthening relational skills is becoming more and more essential!
Next cycle of a resiliency circle is starting next week, and after that we’re taking a summer break until August. We have 2 spots remaining.

Good morning! ☀️ I’m not feeling my best today, and checking my aphorisms, i love this one. They are also serving me! 😬 That moment I turn my head and see a “Pfingstrose” in a vase and notice a nice breath.
May you start your week with love and care! ✨

The pain on earth used to put me into freeze, even though i studied journalism I was not able to practice it. Much later in life thanks to my nervous system based therapy with and training with I‘ve been able to regulate.
The pain on earth puts some of us in freeze, some of us into fight or flight… And the only antidote is connection… Let’s come together, co-regulate, see and be seen.

I‘m thrilled for this honor to host a therapy group together with Patrick who is an neurodiversity experienced psychotherapist! 🤩
We will be exploring space, body and relationship as someone with ADHD. We’ll start out with the experience of taking space, bringing to awareness what it’s like to be in our bodies while gently touching into what the body encounters. From there we’ll go into what relationship and safety feel like, then move on to work on the various things that arise in relationship that can be overwhelming. All of this will be supported and nurtured by the facilitators with the goal of finding new comfort in being the way we are as well as improving our relationships with others. The intention to be primarily group-led, members offering what their challenges are, while we look for ways of meeting those challenges within the group.
