Wir machen aus den ADCC Worlds Finals einen gemeinsamen Sonntag im Gym: Charity Open Mat + ADCC Watch Party + Snacks & gute Gesellschaft! 🥋📺🍿

One full week of Jiu-Jitsu with Pedro Nogueira Duarte in Berlin! Gi, No-Gi, morning sessions, evening sessions and plenty of time to roll, learn and train together. 🔥
The camp is open to athletes from all gyms and affiliations, regardless of belt level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced competitor, everyone is welcome on the mats. 💙💛

🔵 Blue Belt. About time. 🔵
Fast sieben Jahre ist Ben jetzt schon Teil von Hilti BJJ Berlin.
Das Leben hat ihn in dieser Zeit immer wieder in verschiedene Richtungen gezogen. Arbeit, Reisen, Verpflichtungen. Aber egal, was gerade los war, irgendwann stand er wieder auf der Matte. 🫶🏻
Vor ein paar Jahren haben wir schon das erste Mal darüber gesprochen, dass der nächste Gürtel langsam fällig wird. Irgendwie hat sich die Gelegenheit aber nie ergeben.😶🌫️
