Vom ersten Gürtel bis zu den ersten Turnieren. Bei unserem Kindertraining bei Hilti BJJ in Berlin trainieren die Kinder gemeinsam, lernen miteinander und wachsen Schritt für Schritt über sich hinaus 🙂

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu hilft Kindern nicht nur dabei, sportlicher zu werden, sondern auch Selbstvertrauen, Disziplin und Teamgeist zu entwickeln.
