The last weeks were a big stretch between closing chapters and new beginnings 🦋

Spring has been a huge shift in moving things forward and stepping into my true inner power.

A big stretch of connections, deep love, grief, loss, growth and trust – everything at once and everything together.

The last weeks were a whirlwind of all emotions, lots of grief of losing my two grandmothers, reflections, recharging, navigating through everything and beyond. And beside this lots of beautiful moments during classes, retreats and doing what I love most – bringing people together 🌀

April reminded me of the full circle of life and everything in between.

So grateful for all small and deep conversations, long hugs with dear friends, time with my family and in nature.

May – I am ready 🦋

Hanumanasana it is 🐒

Thank you all for guessing what asana we focus on in April 🙌

This month we will focus on lots of variations of splits.

And always: it’s not about mastering the pose perfectly – it’s about observing what happens on the way.

Splits support us with:

🌿 stretches and lengthens the hamstrings, hip flexors (psoas), groin, and quadriceps
🌿 strengthens the legs, glutes and pelvic floor muscles
🌿 opens tight hips caused by sitting, cycling, sleeping
🌿 improves hip stability and aids in correcting spine misalignment
🌿 enhances blood circulation to the pelvis and legs, stimulating reproductive organs an improving overall lower body health
