Welcome to Shelby, as she starts her journey to join the YAAM Yoga family! Her classes are a mix of getting in touch with your insides, while exploring the asanas and pranayamas of yoga. Every class is full of love, support, and cultivating curiosity as you experience your own practice. Shelby will begin teaching traditional Hatha yoga at Yaam Monday's at 18:30.

Organic, somewhat raw zuchinni and peppers topped with smoked tofu, tahini, h**p hearts and Old Bay.... Because sometimes you have to keep it

Trying to incorporate some of a diet this week, as I realized going cold turkey is much more difficult than anticipated. Switched from morning coffee to steeped yerba mate with warm water. Cut out the bread and most processed foods. Result? Sleeping better, with more energy during the day, and haven't felt so bloated or heavy! My moods seem a bit more even too.

Day 1/4 Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Workshop. ❤ There's such beauty in sharing time, knowledge and receptivity with a room full of strangers all connected by a common desire to grow. Namaste, oh happy day! The remaining classes this week: Tonight, Lazy Yoga for Lazy People, 20:08 @ Ghost Yoga (Wedding.) Tomorrow, substitution Vinyasa, 18:00 @ Maigold (Prenzlauerberg.) Sunday, 10:00 at Rehberge Volkspark near Plötzensee for Hatha by the lake. Or later that evening, Traditional Hatha at Yogaia (Wedding) 18:00. See you there! ♡

You wished for an extra class this weekend, didn't you? Catch me if you can like the gingerbread man! Sunday, Ghost Yoga @ 16:00 for a donation based Yin Listen Lounge. Perfect for anybody who isn't completely convinced of the magical powers of yoga, yet. OR, later that evening, @ 18:00 at Yogaia for my regularly scheduled traditional Hatha class. ♡♡♡
